Whereas the article above (English language version, hereinafter referred to as the Article) of Copyright-owner is to be published by Higher Education Press Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as the Publisher) in Landscape Architecture Frontiers (hereinafter referred to as the Journal), the following statements have been reached by Copyright-owner:

1. The Article as the text part of the _____________________________________________________________ project (hereinafter referred to as the Project; the related matters and issues of the graphics of the Project see the Graphics Copyright Transfer Statement). Copyright-owner agrees to authorize the Publisher to publish the Article with no contribution fee from the Publisher to the Copyright-owner.
2. The Publisher has the rights and licenses to compile, translate, archive, publish, distribute and re-authorize the final version (text-graphic integration) of the Project worldwide, at no charge from the Copyright-owner, in printed version, internet version or other electronic version of any combinations thereof.
3. Copyright-owner warrants that the Article is Copyright-owner’s original work and warrants that the Article infringes no copyrights or legal rights of any other authors. If the Article is of joint authorship, Copyright-owner shall, as agent of all the copyright owners, have the rights to negotiate and sign the Statement with the Publisher by exercise of any relevant rights with respect to the Article on behalf of all the copyright-owners. The performance of the contractual obligations by the Publisher to Copyright-owner shall be deemed having performed the contractual obligations to all the copyright-owners, and whereby the Publisher shall be exempt from disputes with any other copyright-owners of the Article.
4. Copyright-owner warrants that any other media is not given the right to publish exclusively the Article. The Copyright-owner warrants that he / she shall not publish or post the final Chinese  version of the Article produced by the Publisher in any language and any form on any other printed, internet or electronic media in the future.
5. In order to tally with the requirements related to the publication and the literature index systems, Copyright-owner authorizes the Publisher to make necessary translations, supplements and modifications to the title, abstract, key words, project description or narrative, captions to the graphics of the Article.
6. Copyright-owner retains the rights to release the original title, project data and captions without any compiling, modifying or reproducing by the Publisher in the future.
7. This Statement shall be effective as of the date of its signature.

Whereas the article above (English language version, hereinafter referred to as the Article) of Copyright-owner is to be published by Higher Education Press Limited Company (hereinafter referred to as the Publisher) in Landscape Architecture Frontiers (hereinafter referred to as the Journal), the following statements have been reached by Copyright-owner:
 
1. Copyright-owner agrees to transfer to the Publisher (with no contribution fee from the Publisher to Copyright-owner) the rights and licenses to compile, translate, reproduce, publish, distribute, re-authorize and archive the Article worldwide in all forms and media of expression in the future, including the printed version, digital version (including CD and internet publications) or other E-publications or that of any combinations thereof.
 
2. Copyright-owner warrants that the Article is Copyright-owner’s original work and warrants that the Article infringes no copyrights or legal rights of any other authors. If the Article is of joint authorship, Copyright-owner shall, as agent of all the copyright owners, have the rights to negotiate and sign the Statement with the Publisher by exercise of any relevant rights with respect to the Article on behalf of all the copyright-owners. The performance of the contractual obligations by the Publisher to Copyright-owner shall be deemed having performed the contractual obligations to all the copyright-owners, and whereby the Publisher shall be exempt from disputes with any other copyright-owners of the Article.
 
3. Copyright-owner warrants that the Article has not been published previously anywhere, in any language and form, and warrants not to publish or post the final English or Chinese version of the Article produced by the Publisher in any language and any form on any other printed, internet or electronic media in the future. 
 
4. If the Article excerpts from copyrighted works, tables, figures, graphs or other such materials are included, Copyright-owner will obtain written permission from the copyright owners and show credit to the sources in the Article. 
 
5. In order to tally with the requirements related to the publication and the literature index systems, Copyright-owner authorizes the Publisher to make necessary translations, supplements and modifications to the title, abstract, key words, main body, references, captions to the graphics of the Article.
 
6. In respect of figures and graphs wherein, Copyright-owner agrees to transfer the rights to the Publisher to modify, reproduce and archive the figures and graphs for the purpose of layout designing according to the relevant requirements. Without written permission of the Publisher, Copyright-owner shall make no use of the illustrations made by the Publisher for no purposes other than that of the Journal. 
 
7. Prior versions of the Article published on non-commercial pre-print servers like arXiv.org can remain on these servers and/or can be updated with Copyright-owner’s accepted version. Copyright-owner may self-archive Copyright-owner-created version of his/her Article on his/her own website and/or in his/her institutional repository. He/she may also deposit this version on his/her funder’s or funder’s designated repository at the funder’s request or as a result of a legal obligation, provided it is not made publicly available until 12 months after official publication. The final published version (in pdf or html/xml format) cannot be used for these purposes. In all these cases acknowledgement needs to be given to the final publication and a link should be inserted to the published article on the Publisher’s website. 
  
8. Copyright-owner retains the right to include the Article in his/her further dissertations, postdoctoral qualifications or personal collections, and should provide acknowledgements to the original source of publication. 
 
9. This Statement shall be effective as of the date of its signature.
