    The article deals with the management of automobile dealer center current assets. It was revealed that structure of current assets mostly consists of stocks. The model for calculating marginal income, which takes into account cost of financing, is proposed. The conclusion was made that achievement of effective management of current assets is possible due to trade-offs between customer satisfaction and achieving a balance between increasing profits and ensuring the solvency of the company.

    Starting from market reforms and transition from a command economy to one based on competition a new type economic entities appeared in Russia, those are corporate structures. The appearance of such structures in the Russian economy, their formation and sustainable development are, of course, the most important trends. Any errors that occur in the activities of corporate structures are legitimate and quite understandable consequence of the imperfection and inefficiency of the mechanisms used to manage them. The ability of corporate structures to be open to changes i.e. ability to optimize and transform their activities in compliance with the requirements of the time are the most important conditions, which can be seen as strategic flexibility, which should form the basis of modern management mechanisms of functioning and development of these businesses. The article describes the main theoretical and methodological aspects of modern views on strategic management in corporate structures that operate in national economy.
