Potential of scenario technologies at management of company
The paper discusses importance and potential of scenario technologies in the management of companies. The administration of Russian enterprises in conditions of high competitiveness have to replace methods and instruments of forecasting from passive to active. The advantages and limitations of using scenario technologies in the management of the company are identified.
