History and theory of scientism as a philosophical phenomenon
This paper examines the historical and theoretical circumstances that determined the formation and development of the philosophical and cultural phenomenon as scientism. The paper pays attention to the specificity and importance of science as a social phenomenon as well as the influence of scientistic ideas on contemporary culture.
