Abstract

This paper gives a comparative analysis of the structure and content of the federal state educational standards (GEF) for secondary (complete) general education and higher education, it considers a unified model of graduates of educational institutions on the basis of identical conceptual framework. The authors made recommendations to improve the structure of the standards to ensure the continuity of educational programs.
