Study on fibroblast colony forming units derived from bone marrow of normal adults and untreated patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia

Abstract

The authors present a study of the growth of fibroblast colony forming units in tone marrow of normal adults and untreated patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia. The culture conditions and cytomorphology are also discussed.
