Association between allotypes of complement components C₂, BF, C₄ of HLA class III and cerebral stroke

Abstract

Allotypes of C₂, BF and C₄ in 58 patients with cerebral stroke(CS) and 110 normal control individuals in Guangzhou district were determined. The results show that there is a significant association between BF*F and CS.
