Abstract

Mittels histochemischer, histopathologischer und elektronenmikroskopischer Untersuchungen konnten wir zeigen, daß Angelica sinensis (oliv) Diels eine protektive Wirkung auf die durch D-Galaktosamin geschädigten Leberzellen ausübt. Außerdem hat Angelica sinensis auf die durch D-Galaktosamin induzierte Erniedrigung des Glykogengehaltes eine hemmende Wirkung. Es lohnt sich daher, über diese Probleme und über die bei der Leberschädigung wirksamen Substanzen von Angelica sinensis und den Wirkungsmechanismus derselben weiter zu forschen.
