Our examinations confirm the view of venous trophic ulcer as a system with closedpseudo chaotic activity, it makes a clinic task: to change the condition of ulcer from the given one towound with consequences of restoring processes.

The aim of this research was to study the morphologic characteristic of penis elastic fibers in patients witherectile dysfunction (ED) and Peyronies disease (PD) by morphometric methods. Taken material was penisbiopsy of 23 patients with ED and 9 patients with PD. Elastic fibers were tudied with the help of resorcinfuchsinby Veigerts and Vergofs methods. The qualitative changes of elastic fibers such as bifurcation offibers, decolorization, cob formation, fiber thinning combining with structure thickening were detected.The decreasing of elastic fibers quantity in tunica albuginea and corpus cavernosa of penis in patients withED and PD was noted. These elastic fibers can not be considered as physiologic fibers because they dontmake their function. Their malfunction and their increasing in tissue of penis evidently lead to thedeterioration of penis elasticity and erectile disorder

The aim of our study was to investigate the structure, microtopography and quantitativecharacteristics of musculus sphincter ani externus dissected from people of different ages. It was shownthat different parts of musculus sphincter ani externus (subcutaneous, superficial and profound) arecharacterized by significant morphological differences, particularly associated with the number andsize of muscular fascicles separated by thin interlayers of connective tissue. The greatest number ofmuscular fascicles was found in the subcutaneous part of the sphincter and the lowest number ofmuscular fascicles was observed in the superficial part of the muscle. We also found that in elderlypopulation this muscle is characterized by the thin muscular fascicles separated by the wide interlayersof connective tissue. According to our data the greatest cross sectional area of muscular fascicles(478 ± 63 μm2) was observed in adolescents and the lowest cross sectional area of muscular fascicles(216 ± 40 μm2) was found in elderly people
