Complex treatment of venoustrophic ulcers and the new conceptof pathogenesis

Abstract

Changing pneumatic compression has a stimulating activity on the processes of regeneration, itstops the condition of stagnation of the trophic ulcer. Unfortunately the frequency of recurrence is notpredictable. Venous trophic ulcers have some peculiarities and it makes them different from trophiculcers of another origin. This is a phenomenon of independent progression of ulcer properties and theirexacerbation. Our examinations confirm the view of venous trophic ulcer as a system with closedpseudo chaotic activity, it makes a clinic task: to change the condition of ulcer from the given one towound with consequences of restoring processes.
