Practical experience ofdevelopment and use ofphilosophy of thecontrol system by theadvisory-diagnosticcenter

Abstract

In the article there is a characteristic of a control system developed and realized in practice as the advisorydiagnosticcenter of administrative district of the capital, considering managerial process from the logic,psychological, sociological, economic, organizational and ethical points of view can serve. Its essence consists thatemployees have an opportunity to satisfy the personal needs, working in conditions of the open, confidential mutualrelations; completely realizing the knowledge, skills and experience; having an opportunity to play an active role inacceptance of administrative decisions; in the safe administration safe both healthy working conditions and real careof each person.
