Execution efficiency videoassisted anatomic lung resections

Abstract

In the surgical department of the Central Research Institute of Tuberculosis 226 patients with advanced destructive pulmonary tuberculosis were performed 230 lobectomy resection volume and more. In the main group - (126 patients), 130 was performed using surgical interventions Videoassisted art, in the comparison group - (100 patients), 100 resections were performed by standard methods. When using Watsu art intraoperative blood loss was 2.8 times lower transfusion missing, narcotic analgesics were not used in 80% of cases of postoperative complications was 2.7 times less mortality was absent, and the effectiveness of treatment was higher.
