Abstract

In article the characteristic realized since 1998 in territory of the Penza region of target programs on health protection of the female and children's population is presented. The subroutine purpose was social support of motherhood and the childhood, creation of conditions for health protection of mother and a birth of healthy children, protection of reproductive health, the prevention and decrease in parent and infantile disease and death rate, improvement of a food of mothers and children, preservation and strengthening of health of children and teenagers.
