The methods of approaching the solution of the personnel problems in the modern conditions and the forming, keeping and developing of medical personnel quality on the base of the analysis and assessing of main trends of personnel policy and exposure of present - day problems were consided.
5 groups of male rats were investigated: control group; irreversible ischemia with drug and without; the animals with reperfusion after 2.5 hours of ischemia with drug and without it. Samples for light microscopy (haematoxylin-eosin and TUNEL-analysis) of the risk area (anterior wall of left ventricle) and conditionally intact myocardium (lateral wall and interventricular septum) were taken 72 hours after intervention. Semax were injected intraperitoneally at a dose of 150 mg / kg after 15 minutes and after 2 hours 15 minutes after ligation of coronary artery. The necrosis was formed in the anterior wall area both under irreversible ischemia and ischemia-reperfusion. Substantial morphological changes also developed in areas of relatively intact myocardium. These signs are accompanied by a significant increase of apoptotic index. Semax had no effects on the morphology of myocardium, but significantly reduced apoptosis of cardiomyocytes.

The article studies the influence of suicidal activity of wives on suicidal, narcological indexes and experimental-psychologicalspecifications of their husbands suffering from alcohol dependence. It has been found out that men suffering from alcoholdependence married to women having suicidal activity as distinct from men suffering from alcohol dependence married towomen without suicidal activity reveal suicidal activity more frequently (phenomenon of suicidal matrimonial comorbidity).They also reveal non-suicidal behavioral patterns more frequently and prosuicidal predictors are quite common in them.

In our research for the purpose of preparation of patients with disbyosis vaginas to intrauterine interventions used a preparation from live apatogenitia sort bacteria "Bacillus" "Sporobakterin" possessing a wide spectrum of action who has allowed to lower several times frequency of relapses disbyosis in the postoperative period.
The open randomized trial meeting the ICH GCP criteria included 4 groups of patients with peripheral occlusive arterial disease, stage IIA-III according to the Fontaine classification in modification by Pokrovsky. The first group was given 5mg of nebivolol qd po, the second was given perindopril 5, 10 mg qd po, the third - L-arginine 500mg bid po during 30 days. Group 4 was a control group. After a 30-days period of conservative therapy we observed a 70% increase of NO level in the first group, 95% increase in the 2nd group and 539% increase in the 3rd. A reliable increase of nitric oxide metabolites correlated with improvement in clinical findings as well as functional tests. Treadmill test improved by 22%, 20%, and 32% respectively. Rheographic test improved in all study groups and its values exceeded the normal ones by 15-25% (P<0.05).

A comparative examination was conducted of a group of patients with a psychic pathology combined with alcohol addiction who committed socially dangerous acts, and of a corresponding group of patients who did not commit such acts. Increase in the number of parasuicides, in risky behavior (with associated mutilations), in antisocial behavior (with associated precondemnations), and in frequency of intake of psychoactive substances in the first group is shown. Conclusions about a similar nature of aggression, of autoaggression and dependence of peculiarities of criminal behavior on the type of alcohol addiction are made.

Now the conception of Quality of Life is used in medicine very often, and in psychiatry in particular. Many investigations show that the mental disorders lead to strong disturbance of different features of Quality of Life. The psychiatric symptoms, sex, self-esteem, the duration of the disease, the risk of loosing job, social stigma and social isolation have a great influence on Quality of Life of psychiatric patients. This information may be used for planning psychiatric service and also for the assessment of this service's results.
The contribution of hypertrophy of hepatocytes in the recovery of body mass on the model of liver regeneration in the rat fetus was studied. Significant increase in the size of hepatocytes and their nuclei in the regenerating liver of fetal rats in comparison with an intact were not detected. Thus, hypertrophy of the cells virtually played no role in the regeneration of the fetal liver, which is subject to the same rules as the normal growth of the body.
Poor quality of drinking water poses a threat to public health, what determines the absolute importance of objective and complete assessment of water quality, the choice of indicators and methods of calculation based on statistical methodology. The proposed statistical approach for assessing the hygienic quality of drinking water areas in the dynamics is innovative because it allows to simulate and forecast trends in the quality of water areas, distinguished statistically significant fluctuations in health indicators.
In article results of inspection of 27 patients with non palpable breast leaseons are presented. To all patients the fine needle aspiration biopsy (FNAB) non palpable breast lesions under control of ultrasonic with the subsequent cytologic research was spent. Operative treatment is spent to 11 patients (41 %), in 11 cases (41 %) dynamic supervision is recommended, to 5 patients (18 %) conservative therapy is appointed. The informative material for cytologic research is received at 14 patients. Thus in 51 % of cases it was possible to get morphological verification from non palpable breast lesions.
In this article considers personnel safety, as a component of pharmaceutical economic safety. On the basis of a principle subsidiarity the concept of personnel safety and a matrix of support of personnel safety of the pharmaceutical organization is offered. With usage of the theory of fuzzy sets the system of a quantitative estimation of personnel making economic safety of the pharmaceutical organization is formulated. This article represents the evaluation of risk of pulmonary embolism associated with superficial vein thrombophlebitis based on observations in more than 500 patients.We found that acute thrombophlebitis was associated with varicose veins stage C3 to C6 of the CEAP classification in 30% cases and varicose veins with insignificant valve insufficiency verified by duplex ultrasound scan in 35% patients. During the surgical operations we found thrombosis extending to the saphenofemoral junction in 90 patients (17.8%) while in 35 patients the thrombi were found in femoral vein. Thus 24.7% of patients were at high risk of pulmonary thromboembolism.

We investigated the morphological changes of the testes of Wistar rats with acute gram-negative ENDOTOXICOSIS against giperandrogenemii. In acute ENDOTOXICOSIS 1 st day after injection of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) showed a reduction in the level of total testosterone in serum, increase of Leydig cell nuclei and the diameters of the convoluted tubules, on the 7 th day, these figures were normalized. The introduction of LPS against giperandrogenemii recorded the most pronounced morphological changes, including significant reduction in the index of spermatogenesis, which reflects the suppression of spermatogenic function.
Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a very acute medical problem. It's serious social and economical burden. Disease development is connected with ecological factors exposure. Smoking is predominant among risk factors. So we were to estimate risk factors in people of countryside. 3621 people living in countyside of Ryazan region were asked with the help of standardized GARD questionnaire. Significant prevalence of COPD risk factors had been revealed. Smoking was one of the most wide-spread, it could achieve 63,18% in males 18-39 years of age.
The article presents the results of a study of the functional state of squamous intraepithelial lesions of the cervix, using modern molecular biology techniques, the selection of biomarkers to facilitate the diagnosis of epithelial proliferative changes, and determine the flow of precancerous cervical conditions. The study showed that lesions with structural features of CIN2 have different malignant potential and therefore the morphological criteria of a pathological process does not reflect the nature of the biological process.
