Translational Neurology and Neurosurgery（TNN）is supervised by the Ministry of Education of China and jointly sponsored by Higher Education Press and Capital Medical University. TNN is a quarterly, peer-reviewed, English-language electronic journal that upholds scientific rigor, transparency, research integrity, and open-access principles to advance the interdisciplinary development and clinical translation of neuroscience and neurosurgery, which includes basic, clinical, and translational research on neurological disorders, with particular emphasis on neural injury and repair, brain function reconstruction, neuromodulation, neuroimaging, brain-machine interfaces, and AI-integrated neuroscience.
