    Marine fishery is one of the quickest developing industries in China now, but it faces some problems which encumber its development further. In terms of the analysis of recent situation 6f studies and the main problems affecting sustainable development of China´s marine fishery, the author proposes 5 High - technology subjects supporting the fishery sustainable development for the future. They include the technologies on excellent seeds cultivation and reproduction in mariculture, disease prevention and health mariculture, industry mari-culture and ecosystem-base regulation, living marine resources sustainable development and management, and utilization of marine living active materials.

    The world is nonlinear, linearity is oly its approximate description. The discovery of chaos has showed that some deterministic nonlinear systems exhibit inner random behavior. Over the past two decades, chaos was such a universal phenomenon that it was reported virtually in every scientific discipline : mathematics, physics, chemistry, and even the social sciences. The main interest for theoretical academicians has been to investigate the essence of chaos. At the same time, practical applicatioins of chaos have been widely appreciated in many engineering fields such as information engineering, system engineering, medical engineering, agricultural engineering, electrical engineering,biological engineering, mechanical engineering, civil engineering, etc. Chaos Engineering is a new nonlinear engineering science to research the practical use of chaos and its fundamental theory. In this paper, the object, definition, concept, method, theory and application of modern Chaos Engineering are summarized. Some works done by the author and the recent advances are introduced. The fcx:us of Chaos Engineering research and development in national economy and national defense may include chaos analytic technique, chaos control technique and chaos synthetic technique.

    Aviation products featured with high-tech, high investment, high risk and long period mirror the level of one country´s industry, as well as its economic development. China's civil aviation industry has developed slowly compared with other countries due to the historical reasons. Those who are engaged in aviation industry should take the mission to develop advanced regional jet on their own efforts, so as to change the status that purchasing all kinds of civil aircraft from foreign countries. This paper provides a brief view on how to develop regional aircraft in order to arouse the attention of all aspects.

    It was only since the founding of the People´s Republic of China in 1949 that China endeavored to expand its natural rubber industry. By 1998, the area under rubber had increased to 600, 000 ha, which was 214 times larger than that in the pre - 1949 period. Production registered an increase of 2250 times this period, the production in 1998 was 450 000 t. This made China one of the major natural rubber producing contries in the world, area ranking fourth and production ranking fifth among the NR producers

    After joining WTO, the low - priced natural rubber will rush Chinese rubber market, which will bring pinch to Chinese natural rubber industry. For this reason, a clear understanding of the situation should be kept in mind and measures should be taken in advance. In this article, some suggestions for natural rubber development in China are proposed.

    Based on analysis of the relationship between sustainable development and bearing capacity of regional water resources, this paper presents a fuzzy pattern recognition model and a method for qualitative assessment of sustainable development of regional water resources, which are applied to assess the sustainable development of water resources of Hanzhong Basin. The case study proves that the model and method are reliable and that results are reasonable and practicable. They can also be applied to the assessment of the sustainable development of social economies.

    The production and practice of coal mines have proved that the dynamical phenomenon in mines have divisional and zoned characteristics. In this paper the division which treats coal, rock and gas as an integrate system by mechanical method is studied. Under study By the analysis of the mechanical property of the coal-rock composite samples and coal simples containing gas under complex stress state, the failure criterion, on the basis of the modification and consummation of the Dracker - Prager´s theory, is set up, and the formulas computing the coefficient of stability and the density of latent elastic strain energy are given. Finally, the fundamental method for deviding the potential danger region (zone) of coal and gas outburst based on the formulas is put forward.

    The basic topology, knowledge representation and inductive learning of an intelligent expert system on rough sets are introduced in this paper. Based on the indiscernibility relation of system knowledge expression, a compatible algorithm is proposed to simplify the knowledge expressions and to induce the system decision rules. In order to extract the significant attributes from elementary knowledge and to reduce the dimensions of the system representation, inductive learning is also introduced by means of reasoning the dependency of knowledge between the teacher and the learner.

    Signals from the human body are stochastic, complicated and with strong environmental noise. In this paper, the quantitative blood flow velocity detection using the Doppler ultrasound technique was firstly presented .Then several new theories and approaches of the modern information processing were introduced into the medical ultrasound field, which provided new means to extract the characteristic of the medical ultrasound information. These theories include the fractal, the morphology, the quantification theory, the wavelet transform, the pole track, the transmission line of the vessel, and so on. Finally, three application systems were designed using these new methods as the technology cores: the non-invasive detection system for hemodynamic parameters of the pulmonary circulation, the color-encoded spectrogram analyzer and the ultrasound quantitative detection system for the blood flow velocity.

    Advanced techniques in many subjects are adopted synthetically in the Special Missile Equipment and Simulation Training System. Mathematical, physical and network models are built, about one hundred apparatus are manufactured, and the simulation of the whole weapon system and whole launching process is realized. In this paper, the composition, function and the brief scheme of the system are presented briefly. Main technical problems in the design of the large and highly credible hydraulic system, the realization of auto erecting and level adjusting, the missile high precision orientation, and the electromagnetic compatibility design in the large and complex electric system are discussed in detail.

    The purpose of this article is to examine the methods and equipments for abating waste gases and water produced during the manufacture of semiconductor materials and devices. Three methods and equipments are presented in this article to control three different groups of electronic wastes. The first group includes arsine and phosphine emitted during the manufacture in semiconductor materials. The abatement procedure for this group of pollutants consists in adding iodates, cupric and manganese salts to a multiple shower tower (MST) structure. The second group includes pollutants containing arsenic, phosphorus, HF, HCl, NO2 and SO3 emitted during the manufacture of semiconductor materials and devices. The abatement procedure involves mixing oxidants and alkali liquor in an oval column with a separator in the middle. The third group consists of the ions of As, P and heavy metals contained in the waste water. The abatement procedure includes adding CaCO3 and ferric salts into the waste water in a flocculation-sedimentation compact device. Test results showed that all waste gases and water after the abatement presented in this article passed the effluent standards set by the National Environmental Protection Bureau. [1]

    The synthesis of oxalic acid by CO coupling reaction in gaseous phase is a circulating system with multi-step reactions. The best catalyst was prepared and the reaction mechanism was proposed in the past work. It was found that the key problem for scaling-up this process is to match the CO coupling reaction rate with the regeneration rate. In this thesis, these two reactions were simulated by analyzing the sensitivity of operating parameters based on the acquired reaction kinetics. It was proposed that the match of these two reactions is a complex non-linear process. The key technique was investigated during the scale-up experiments of catalyst preparation and CO coupling reaction. By analyzing the simulation and experimental results, the key problem for the match of CO coupling with regeneration reaction was resolved. The scale-up circulating system for oxalic production was continuously run for 1000 hours and no intermediates was vented. It was proved that the match of these two reactions was achieved and an environmentally benign process for oxalic acid production has been set-up after a series of study. It provides a new technology for industrial production of oxalic acid.

    A novel potential flame-retarded polymeric material——olymer/inorganics nanocomposite is reviewed. The characteristics and preparation methods of this kind of material are briefly described. The flame retardancies of both PPgMA (polypropylene graft maleic anhydride) /LS (layered silicate) and PS/LS nanocomposites are summarized in detail, and the effects of structures of PS/LS nanocomposites on material´s flame retardancy are discussed.

    Triacontanol (TA), a long chain fatty alcohol composed of 30 carbon atoms, generally exists in animal and vegetable waxes. Ordinary beewax is used as raw material for the preparation of TA. Big progress has been made in the study of TA formula. The study and preparation of TA emulsive-powder employing β- CD enclosing and linking technique is the pioneer work at home and abroad. This powdery product has some advantages that the emulsion one does not have such as stable yield increase effect, non-deterioration in long period of storage and convenience in storage and transport. Study on the application of TA emulsive-powder the application to seaweed has been carried out. TA emulsive-powder is a kind of plant growth regulator of non-toxic, non contanmination, low cost, and high effect and with wide prospect of application.
