    The actual state, future development principle and plan of china*s helicopter and transport aircraft are presented. The helicopter in production such asZ-11, Z-9, Z-8, and the transport aircraft in production such as Y - 5, Y - 7, Y - 8, Y -12 and N - 5 are reviewed. The development principle of three generations is put forward, i.e. to improve Z - 11, Z - 9, Z - 8 helicopter, develop 6-ton class helicopter, research 10-ton class helicopter, and to improve Y - 8, Y - 12, develop turbofan regional jet, develop in future heavy transport aircraft. The key technological plan for helicopter’s composite materials, rotor system, transmission system, crashworthiness, and engine is described. The paper points out that the development of China´s helicopter and transport aircraft should adhere to the combination of self developing with international cooperation, technology with trade, military with civil usage, and should be the nation´s long term development strategy.

    World wide web (WWW) has become a primary web across the Internet, which has been widely accepted as an information-sharing platform. Due to the nature of the Internet,i.e. accessing with potential collisions, however, bandwidth bottleneck has become a serious issue of WWW, which significantly restricts the growth of web users. This paper proposes a novel information-sharing mechanism, secondary web, which automatically downloads the information that users need or have subscribed into end users’PCs via a broadcast mechanism. End users can retrieve information based on its content semanteme from their local storage instead of Internet. Therefore, due to the avoidance of the information access collision, the secondary web eliminates the bandwidth bottleneck that the primary web is facing and efficiently filters out information garbage as well. The secondary web is expected to be a new information medium, which has low cost and the ability to support the unlimited growth of users.

    The nuclear power human factors engineering is one of the components of nuclear engineering technology. It is a new engineering technology field that researches human - machine interaction and leads the human characteristics into the design of nuclear power technology to obtain safe and effective equipment and systems. The forming, progress and developments of this field are discussed combining the developing way in China. Meanwhile ,the integrated classification theory for human reliability and other research results completed by the author are expounded in this thesis.

    China is a country with high seismicity. It is very important for industry and structure to fortify against earthquake. In the paper the outline of seismicity in China, the criteria for fortification against earthquake and contents of seismic zonation map of China are described. The contents of seismic safety evaluation for major construction project, such as large dams, large bridges, long distance pipe lines for transporting oil and natural gas, nuclear plants, petrochemical enterprises and so on, are presented. Some geological disasters caused by destructive earthquake, such as earthquake-caused collapse and landslide, liquefaction of saturated soil and earthquake fault and so on, are also presented. Preventive countermeasure for these disasters is discussed.

    The advances abroad of gene transformation on rapeseed (Brassica napus) were introduced, including genes of tolerance to herbicides, tolerance to fungus pathogens, tolerance to viral pathogens, tolerance to heavy metal, oil component of seed, protein component of seed, secondary metabolites, reproductive characteristics,medical or industry products and regulation of promoters. It described advances of transgenic breeding of rapeseed (Brassica napus) in Oil Crops Institute, Hunan Agricultural University and Institute for Application of Atomic Energy, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. The. paper dealt with Bt-transgenic insect-resistant rapeseed line, transgenic sterile line, restorer line and their hybrid, transgenic high oleic acid content rapeseed line and transgenic high oil content rapeseed lines.

    This paper summarized the agreement and divergence about viewpoints of the next generation of network, then the reasons of divergence were analyzed. It pointed out that much attention should be paid to the researches on network architecture, including rethinking of End-to-End Argument, combining of packet switching with optical networking ,and evolution from UNI overlay architecture to unified NNI architecture. Finally, the importance of basic researches on the Internet, such as the network dynamics, is also put forward.

    With the increasing deterioration of water environment, it is very urgent that an efficient method be found to control and rebuild a healthy recycling of water. Based on the relationship between natural and societal recycling of water, this paper highlights that social sustainable development should be harmonized with nature and shows that the recovery and maintenance of water environment should be based on a healthy societal recycling of water. A systematic theory and strategy of water environmental recovery has been put forward for the first time and the authors hold that a new branch-water environment science and technology-should be established in order to provide scientific foundation and professional. It is elemental and essential that all kinds of water-related work should be carried out in terms of water environment.

    It is discovered that the natural convection gas has the pendulum characteristic, so the new concept of gas pendulum is presented. In this paper, the buoyancy lift of natural convection gas is analyzed in a hermetic chamber, and given the formula between the buoyancy lift and the change of temperature. The results of experiment have shown that gas pendulum can be utilized to measure the acceleration and tilt angle as same as solid pendulum and liquid pendulum.

    The principle of primary-color method for temperature measurement is firstly introduced in this article. Based on the lineal model of spectral emissivity in the range of visible spectrum, the formulation of radiative chrominance of real bodies is put forward. Afterwards, it's made clear that two temperature solutions can be derived from one specific chrominance at most. The radiative color gamut is determined and divided into two components, the single-solution gamut and the dual-solution gamut.

    This paper introduces the index system and the grade partition of enterprise financial crisis. The structure and the fundamental principle of the rough neural network are discussed. The paper designs a method for enterprise financial crisis predicting based on rough neural network. An example in financial crisis predicting is given to validate the algorithm. The results show the feasibility and validity of the method. The research work supplies a basis for further study of applying rough neural network for enterprise financial crisis predicting.

    Traditional boundary element methods with a full matrix equation for acoustic problems, have been met by a challenge in large-scale scientific computation and numerical simulation in engineering. In this paper, the new wavelet approaches have been presented for solving acoustic radiation and scattering, and structural-acoustic coupling. The boundary quantities are expanded in terms of a basis of the orthogonal wavelets on the interval, and a wavelet spectral formulation for solving acoustic problems is derived. Then coupled wavelet spectral and finite element method is formulated for solving sound-structure interaction. The advantages of the new approaches include a highly sparse matrix system which can be solved rapidly by sparse solvers and accurate modeling of curve surface. In the new technique, the iterative technique of frequencies is established for evaluating frequency-response functions through expanding the integral kernel in Taylor series in integral equation. The new technique was employed to investigate the underwater acoustic radiation from a complicate structure which is composed of shells, stiffening ribs and plates. The comparisons of the results from the new technique with analytic solution show that it has high computational efficiency and good accuracy.

    At the end of the paper, the prospects of the application of wavelet analysis to numerical computation in acoustic engineering are discussed.

    A series of technical measurements for dust-laying in demolition blasting of building of a sport center in Guangzhou are introduced in this paper. The comprehensive measurements involve clearage of surface dust, storing up water on floors, moistening walls, water bags on roof, high pressure sprinking water film, smoke controlled by dust barreir and helicopter ventilation. Forecasting dust with diffusion model of normal distribution and non-border was proposed. Harm of dust pollution to urban district has been reduced ever since the application of the model.

    This paper summarizes the present situation and outlook of scattered metals(gallium, indium, germanium, thallium, selenium, tellurium and rhenium) including their geological resources, industry, uses and market both at home and abroad in recent years. It especially indicates that the scattered metals play an important part in devoloping economical construction and high-new technology, such as electronic components, semiconductors, indium-tin oxides,specility alloys,optoelectronic devices, and so on.

    The paper also makes some proposals for developing scattersed metals industry as follows: protection of resources, rational exploitation of mines, reasonable production scale and coordination of development among factories and companies.
