    In this paper, the numerical experiment is conducted for Schrödinger's equivalent equation with third order derivative for nonlinear variable. The results show that the probability of probability waves is the quasi-regular flow under given condition, and it's a result of comprehensive interactions among intensity of potential field and particle density and torsion (spin) field with the quantum effect. The pure quantum effect is represented only by irregular flow.

    This paper presents a study on the theory and methodology of safety assessment of Yangtze dike. The main topics discussed and the conclusions of the study are as follows: (1) The function and makeup of Yangtze dike are summarized systemically and status and incipient fault of the dikes are discussed. (2) The frame of safety assessment of Yangtze dike is proposed, consisting of three categories of safety assessment (namely, risk analysis, conventional mechanical evaluation,and comprehensive evaluation). (3) The main factors affecting safety of Yangtze dike are discussed systematically. Index system and assessment methods are proposed. On the basis of AHP (The Analytic Hierarchy Process) with fuzzy theory, a new method for comprehensive assessment of Yangtze dike is put forward. (4) A software with programming language Delphi for the safety assessment of Yangtze dike is developed and automation and visualization for the assessment of dikes can be realized.

    The Three-Gorges Hydropower Project on Yangtze River was officially impounded on June 1, 2003. Then, more than two thousand microearthquakes abruptly occurred along the River in Badong County of Hubei Province from June 7, 2003, and attracted great attention. After the completion of the second and third-phase construction of the project, the water level will raise up to 156 m and 175 m, respectively. Could it trigger stronger shock? Seismotectonic analysis of the distribution of several active faults and their intersections and seismogenic capacity in the eastern part of the Three-Gorges Reservoir area suggests that two potential seismic focus zones located in Badong and Xiangxi may be hit by reservoir-induced earthguake of upper-limit magnitude about 5.5, and the seismic intensity in epicentral zone will be Ⅶ°~Ⅷ°. Meanwhile, a large number of landslides will be triggered to move and, hence, heavy geologic hazards will occur.

    Yellow phosphorus tail gas is a resource to produce bulk chemicals, such as formate, oxalate, methanol and so on, after pretreatment and purification. In this study, catalytic oxidation of phosphorus and hydrogen sulfide in yellow phosphorus tail gas was investigated with activated carbon and a home-made catalyst KU2. Phosphorus and hydrogen sulfide adsorption characteristics on the catalysts were studied in a fixed-bed system at different temperatures between 20 and 140 ℃ under atmospheric pressure. Both KU2 and activated carbon proved to be effective catalysts in the catalytic oxidation process (COP) for H2S and PH3 removal. Purification efficiency increases with the increase of temperature and oxygen concentration in yellow phosphorus tail gases. Under optimized operation conditions the product gas with a content of hydrogen sulfide <5 mg/m3, total phosphorus< 5 mg/m3 was obtained by using the COP process. Spent catalysts could be restored to the original activity after several regenerations. A mathematical model was developed to simulate the experimental results and the mass transfer coefficient for the experiment was evaluated. Good agreement of the experimental breakthrough curves with the model predictions was observed.

    This paper expounded the importance of reliability study on low-voltage circuit-breakers and residual current operated circuit-breakers, introduced the general situation of their reliability study carried out by the international authoritative academic academy IEEE and pointed out the difficulty and significance of the research work on these aspects. Then this paper discussed the failure modes of low-voltage circuit-breakers and residual current operated circuit-breakers, and provided their reliability indexes and reliability compliance test plans at the first time, which provided a kind of theory and method for the reliability research work of low-voltage protective electrical apparatus carried through in Chinese electrical apparatus industry.

    Based on the equation of silicon solar cell current intensity, the theoretic expression of silicon solar cell load resistance at maximum power point is deduced. Not consistent with the normal electronical circuit, the load resistance is larger than the series resistance. And the ratio descends along with the ascendance of temperature. The experimental results agree with the theoretical predicts well.

    A high quality excitation system not only plays an important role in the stability of power system but also can improve the performance of generators and power system. In this paper, a PWM rectifier is applied to excitation system of synchronous generators. It improves the quality of generator’s supply by achieving low harmonic current conversion and improving high power factor transform of excitation unit. Simulation results about design system through MATLAB are presented to show the obvious effect on the inprovement of the output of generator and increase of adopting efficiency power unit.

    Necking force is the main failure factor to the unstabitily of the thin-wall cylindrical parts. In order to improve the calculation precision of the necking force , Сторожев and Унксов separately put forward two different calculation methods about the necking force of the thin-wall cylindrical parts which take into consideation the thickness changing, the hardening effect and the friction function. In this paper, the results of the two calculation methods are analyzed by example,and are compared with experimented data. The results of two calculation methods are close to each other, and tally with experimented data.

    Developing fault diagnosis expert system for production line, the principle and method of structuring fuzzy inference engine are presented in this paper. Moreover, the idea of dynamic fuzzy relation with real time is introduced. And, it is illustrated that this idea is realized by defining a dynamic membership function changing with non-fault-time.

    To request for relating law between technical and economic parameter and ore cost for a raw material quarry of cement, the paper set up technical and economic system model with adaptive network-based fuzzy inference system, solved solution of the system model with parallel genetic algorithms, and received optimal technical and economic indices. It provides important reference for production management and improving economic benefits in quarry.

    The theory and method of wavelet packet decomposition and its energy spectrum dealing with the fault of the overrunning clutch are presented in the paper. The characteristic frequency band of the fault can be identified by wavelet packet decomposition and its energy spectrum conveniently. At the same time, quantification analysis is performed. The result has shown that this method is more advantageous and of practical value than traditional Fourier analysis method.

    This paper summarises some new development of the double glow plasma surface metallurgy technology in the last few years: Ti - Cu and Ti - Cr burn-resistant alloys have been produced on the surfaces of titanium and titanium alloy Ti6A14V. Co - W - Mo - Fe age-hardened high speed steel and high Cr alloy have been formed on the surface of carbon steels. Ti - Cu wear-resistant alloy was also produced on the surface of pure copper. By using this process and solid graphite as carbon source, hydrogen-free carburising has been achieved in order to avoid hydrogen embrittlement of titanium. The experimental results indicate that the double glow plasma surface metallurgy is an advanced and powerful method for surface alloying.

    The traditional book issue corporation management mode is not adapted for developing situation and competitive demand. Chained operation is the key method to improve its management performance. This paper presents six contradictions, which book issue corporation would be faced if it implements chained operation, then presents countermeasures to solve those contradictions. Some possible risk which would rise during solving those contradictions and riskavoiding strategy are analyzed.
