    Management system is a key factor on water quality protection and water pollution prevention in the drainage area. This paper elaborates the basic characteristic and connotation of drainage area management, analyzes the status quo and main problems of the existing management system of water quality protection in the Three Gorges Reservoir and its upstream areas, and compares the primary viewpoints and schemes of relevant government department on the reform of the management system. Then, it brings forward the structuring and tentative idea of water quality protection management system based on the conception of harmonious development of drainage area.

    Partnering, as a new generation of client-contractor relationship arrangement in the Western countries´ construction industry, has been used extensively in recent years and is regarded by many academic commentators and practitioners as an innovative and important management approach in construction procurement. However, the research on partnering in domestic construction academic literature is not very active. This has something to do with both the characteristics of China? s construction industry and the inactivity of the construction management research in general. On the basis of a background analysis of partnering, this paper proposes a concept model of partnering to facilitate the understanding of the significant aspects of partnering. A literature review is conducted based on this model which examines the relevant sources of partnering literature in the mainstream international high quality construction management journals and the future direction of partnering research in domestic context is outlined. The paper further summarizes the behavioral essence of partnering arrangement and points out the relevance of partnering in domestic construction industry.

    A summing-up of medical reform is made as follows, a. The objective of medical reform should be definite, b. The quality of health system should be definite, too. c. How should China deal with medical reform now? The successful standard of medical reform should be to make the government, the people and the health workers all satisfied.     Some dispute problems about the content of coal bed gas (methane) predicted by indirect method, including the existing status of the methane, the adsorption isotherm models for coal bed gas and their relationships, the free methane state in coal seam and the parameters for its capacity calculation, were discussed and analysed .The corresponding suggestions for these problems were also put forward.

    This paper reported a silicon micromachined gyroscope that is driven by the rotating carrier's angular velocity.The silicon chip was manufactured by anisotropy etching.The design,fabrication and packing of the sensing element were introduced. The angular velocity of the rotating carrier was measured by emulator. The simulation experiment and performance test have certificated that the principle of the gyroscope is correct and the gyroscope can be used to sense yawing or pitching angular velocity of the rotating carrier, and the angular velocity of the rotating carrier itself.

    This paper presents a framework for a highly immersive multi-projection virtual environment system, and addresses the key problems for building the system such as stereo display., graphics partition, render synchronization, geometric calibration, color calibration, etc. . Using networked PCs, low cost projectors and low capability network equipment, a five-channel 220 degree view field multi-projection virtual environment application system is built. Its coherent and highly immersive display effect validates the method.

    In rotary kiln cluster moves against kiln wall. According to this feature, transient thermal conductivity of cluster and contact heat transfer coefficient of boundary between cluster and kiln wall are deduced, then heat transfer coefficient between material and covered wall is obtained. Combined with other research harvests, the heat transfer model of rotary kiln is established. The results can be shown as follows : the temperature of material is lower when the enhancement effect towards heat transfer of rotary kiln by intermittent contact between material and kiln wall has been ignored; the higher the temperature, the greater the influence of enhancement effect on material temperature; it is beneficial to improving the quality of clinker and thermal efficiency of rotary kiln when the enhancement effect has been considered.

    The problem of calculating the value of perfect information based on the decision tree is analyzed. Then, the article presents that the value of perfect information could be described by the information arc in the influence diagram. Also, the definition of the Howard canonical form is modified. Last, how to calculate the value of perfect information based on the influence diagram is analyzed systematically.

    A novel face recognition algorithm based on two kinds of projection is presented in this paper. First, the two dimension principal component analysis (2DPCA) is used to extract one group of features, denoted by α. Second, the fisher linear discriminant analysis (LDA) , or fisherfaces, is used for extracting another group of features, denoted by β.After being standardized, the two kinds of features are combined together in the form of the complex vector α+iβ. Then the fusion features in the complex feature space is extracted by using complex PCA (CPCA). The proposed algorithm is evaluated by using the FERET face database at three different resolutions. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method can achieve about 10% higher recognition accurate rate than 2DPCA and LDA, while only using 28 features for each sample.

    Based on the shape,volume and area of dent in multi-layered target created by kinetic projectile explosive, the damage effect was analyzed. The damage zoning was founded in multi-layered target. The experimental data were analyzed, then relation curves of diversified damage parameter with blasting depth worked out by using the dimensionless method. Through those relation curves, the blasting depth corresponding to the optimal damage effect can be found easily. This method can generalize to other blasting damage effect analysis.

    With the rapid development of economy, unimodal transport cannot meet the demand of customers, in respects of agile manufacturing, speed-to-market, logistics supply chain management, and multimodal transportation provides a good solution. Taking into consideration the transport time between node and node, mode-to-mode time and possible transport delay at node in multimodal transportation networks, the shortest time model of path is presented, and then the transport cost of the path in multimodal transportation network is calculated, providing the theory foundation for the relevant research of multimodal transportation.

    The radio frequency identification (RFID) is a kind of new automatic identification technology. It has many characteristics such as high reliability, privacy , non-contact, convenient and swift. Applying RFID to visual logistics system, can gain actual requirement of guaranteed object and information about the type, amount and way of materials to supply and ensure the supply in the whole time, orientation and course. The paper introduces the RFID system and its principle, and brings about an application of RFID in visual logistics system, which is realized by the radio frequency labels stuck to the containers and equipments.

    Smoke particles and heat will be generated in fire , conventional fire detectors detect fire just by these physical effects. But the measurement of physical parameters is not enough for an early fire detection. Nowadays another method has been an area of major interest for early fire dtection which make use of the gases (for example CO) generated from combustion process to detect fire. A majority of existing gas sensors are not good for a early fire detection because of their low sensitivity. A detection method for measuring the gas concentration based on photoacoustic principle is reported in this work, which increased the sensitivity enomously. The rate of false alarm is decreased greatly also by combining carbon monoxide detection with carbon dioxide detection.

    In practice, if available safety egress time is longer than required safety egress time, people can evacuate the building in urgency successfully. In this paper, the evacuation facilities such as doors were abstracted as units of the net, and the evacuation course was simplified as series-wound net, shunt-wound net or their built-up system. The expressions of the algorithms for the four different systems were presented.

    According to complexity and non-lineer character of transportation scheduling system in surface mine, the real time transportation scheduling system model is set up for the transportation scheduling system subject to many factors such as mining craft, yield, quality, etc., with all arithmetic operators of genetic algorithms such as selection, crossover, mutation, interpotation, and migration. The model has been adopted by production transportation scheduling system of raw material quarry in Shaofeng Cement Group, which not only reduced transportation cost, but also harmonized relations among mining craft, yield, quality, and got better effect. In the meantime, it will be of benefit to information construction of quarry enterprises and others materials circulation enterprises.

    Child restraint system(CRS)is a new study field in the world. Especially in China, the CRS research is particularly meaningful with the rapid growth of the number of child passengers. The amendment and optimization on the regulations of CRS are brought out based on the distinction between CRS and occupant safety systems. The application of advanced design theory, the technology of computer simulation and the systematical analysis strategy will bring a new prospect for the development of CRS.

    It's described the influence of grinding environment on the surface morphology and property, the chemical property of pulp and its flotation behavior of sulfide minerals at home and abroad. During grinding of sulfide minerals, the factors of mechanics, electrochemistry, and mechano-chemistry etc. , affect the surface morphology and property, the chemical property of pulp and the flotation behavior of sulfide minerals, by complicated physical, chemical and physicochemical interactions. Controlling grinding environment by changing grinding medium, adding reagents into the mill and so on can improve separation effect of flotation of sulfide minerals.
