    Based on the CECE-GC experimental system,  with a disposal capability of 10 t/a of tritiated heavy water,   the demonstration experiment of recovering deuterium from light water containing deuterium and the simulation operation of recovering tritium from tritiated heavy water with tritiated light water are introduced.  The system has been operated for 240 h.  The total concentration factor of CECE is about 4,  and the separation factor of tritium is around 10.  The 8m3 /d GC system has recovered 90 % hydrogen from 10.5 m3 tritiated hydrogen in 23 h,   the tritium is depleted to more than 1 000 times.   This experimental system is an important basis for further engineering research.

    The micro-mechanism of precious metals trapped in pyro-metallurgical processes by base metals or their mattes were discussed in present paper .It was forwarded that the reasons for trace amount of precious metals trapped into base metals or matteswere that the melted slag phases possessing very different structure and properties from that the melted base metal or matte phases.For the slag phase, its formation is thought depending on the covalent bonds and the ionic bonds between Si, O atoms and Ca2+, Mg2+, Fe2+ ions to tie up between each other .Because the bonding electrons in the slag phases are all thought as the localized electrons, the precious metal atoms are not stable among them .However, for the metal phase, its formation is thought depending on the metal bonds to bind up together the metal atoms.And because the electrons in the metal phases can move freely among the atoms, the precious metal atoms entering into the metal phase can cause the system free energy decreased .For the melted mattes phase, because it has high conductivities (between 103~104 S·cm -1) at the higher temperature, and its temperature coefficients present the negative values, its conductance belongs to the electron conductance .The properties of the matte are in fact similar with that of metal at their melted state, therefore precious metal atomswill enter into the matte phase, but not the slag phase in matte-smelting process .

    The problem of groundsill eroding is general and important for deep-water foundation in tidal reach.  Application,  technical difficulty and its settlement scheme of hydraulic pressure sensors system are introduced based on expounding the essentiality of riverbed erosion for real-time monitoring within group piled foundation. Amendment of fluctuant water level is realized by setting a sensor to monitor the tide. The sensors are fixed on the side of the piles reliably and sensor signal is transmitted smoothly with single point setting method. This method shows the characteristics of real-time,  continuity,  long-term and high precision when applied to the Su-Tong Bridge Project. Based on the results of monitoring, the mechanism of local scour within group piled foundation is analyzed.

    This paper investigates the use of the μ robust controller for improving control performance of mobile satellite antennas. A robust control system of mobile satellite antennas is presented,  and the μ robust controller is designed according to the mobile satellite antennas systems model.  The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by the experimental results.  It is clarified that the control performance of mobile satellite antennas is improved and the control system still maintains satisfactory control performance despite the change of road surface condition.

    In this study,  an effective control method and strategy based on fuzzy neural network has been developed for gas injection pressure accurate control in gas-assisted injection. A fuzzy neural network controller with five layers and its control algorithm are established.  The learning ability of neural network is used to optimize the rules of the fuzzy logic so as to improve the adaptability of system.  The simulation of the system capability and three segmental injected pressure control are carried out under the environment of MATLAB and the results show that this theoretic model is feasible, and the control system has good characteristics and control action.

    Based on the stable reliability design theory and the optimization design method,  the stable reliability-based optimization of compressive bar is extensively discussed and a numerical method for stable reliability-based optimization is proposed.  On the condition of known first two moments of basic random variables,  the respective program can be used to obtain the stable reliability-based optimization information of compressive bar accurately and quickly.

    Because of the increasing span of concrete cable-stayed bridge,  the construction simulation recently becomes more focusing on both the design and construction.  This paper introduces the optimization theory and method into the calculation of cantilever construction of girders. The example bridge is a long-span prestressed concrete cable-stayed bridge with a 370 m central span length under construction in China. Using spatial nonlinear FEM,  the actual cantilever construction process of concrete box-shaped girders is simulated,  the tensioning force of cables as well as the prearranged height of girders in construction state is obtained. At the same time, the influence of structural geometric nonlinear characteristics and physics nonlinear characteristics in the cable force optimum are investigated,  the measures to reduce the influence are put forward.

    Utilizing the orthogonal feature of space time block coding ( STBC) ,  a simple and feasible algorithm based on constant modulus (CM) criterion is proposed for blind multi-user detection in STBC MC - CDMA systems. The algorithm proposed in the paper as a simplified version of the algorithm based on the least square constant modulus algorithm(LSCMA) has the advantage of half taps and therefore considerable reduced computation at the cost of a certain loss in performance.

      This paper,  in view of risk management strategies,  briefly classifies and analyzes the safety prevention methods used in industrial productions. The author presents the inherent safety-based synthetical risk management method and procedures, based on the traditional hazard identification and risk assessment, to apply firstly the principles of inherent safety to eliminate or reduce the hazards and to adopt passive safeguard, active safeguard,  procedural safeguard, layers of protection and the standards of function safety to reduce the accident risk to the acceptable level. The author suggests that the inherent safety should be brought into the technologies and policies being developed in priority with clear production,  green chemistry and circle economy.

    Stated the principle of the talking globe, the lighting structure of the globe was studied,  and so were clear lighting for capitals,  diode's distribution,  and resolving power.  Then the talking globe was manufactured successfully. The method used in the article give a path for solving such problems.

    3D modeling methods of terrain,  city structure,  highway and other attached establishments are presented in detail.  Taking into account the matching of 3D object with terrain model,  the visualization processes of digital city are analyzed. 3D modeling and visualization of residential district are realized. Practical application shows that this approach has good adaptability and provides a new supplementary means for 3D visual design of digital city.

    A cognitive information processing model has been developed.  It consists of a perceptual processor, a cognitive processor, a motor processor and a short-term, a working, and a long-term memory. The model is installed on a PC to analyze the visual process of the operator monitoring the overview panel of plant simulator. Visual process is decided by characteristic of panel information,  operator's factors,  and parameters of perceptual processor and so on. The simulation results coincide qualitatively with observations of actual plant operations and simulator training. This model can be used to analyze the generation mechanism of various types of human errors.

    According to classification research on circular economy patterns,  it is revealed that no scientific method has been applied on the basis of circular economy pattern to analyze quantitative relations between factors affecting main industry and industry chains. System simulation method is a better choice for solving such kind of problem. Thus, this article proposes a set of simulation method for analyzing large complex system such as coal industry,  and also points out range of application and limitations.  In the case study of YM Group,  simulation method is used to make detailed analyses of its circular economy pattern,  and results show that developing circular economy is beneficial to YM Group. Moreover, this study also illustrates the applicability of simulation method in analyzing circular economy pattern in coal industry.

    Based on the load data of meritorious power of some area power system,  three BP ANN models,  namely SDBP, LMBP and BRBP Model,  are established to carry out the short-term load forecasting work, and the results are compared.  Since the traditional BP algorithm has some unavoidable disadvantages,  such as the low training speed and the possibility of being plunged into minimums local minimizing the optimized function,  an optimized L-M algorithm, which can accelerate the training of neural network and improve the stability of the convergence,  should be applied to forecast to reduce the mean relative error.  Bayesian regularization can overcome the over fitting and improve the generalization of ANN.

      Slurry is widely used in construction projects, and it is important to control the slurry's physical characteristic properly. The acoustic method is used,  which can effectively monitor the physical parameters of slurry,  such as concentration. Data processing affects directly the precision in the measurement of slurry concentration by the sound attenuation and velocity. Based on the fuzzy pattern recognition, data are sorted and further classified, with cooperative clustering algorithm.

      Swirl is a key parameter that directly influences the efficiency and exhaust property of diesel engine. And it is usually measured and valued by a steady flow test system in designing and development process. This paper firstly presented the scheme of a highly automatic steady test bench, on which the valve lift and test pressure are all computer-controlled. Then it reviewed the varied measuring and analysis methods, and performed some corresponding experiments on the bench. The experiment results show that even under the same test condition,  the results are different if using different measuring or calculating techniques, which should be noticed in the comparison.

    Theoretical analysis of grey prediction model GM(1, 1) is present in this paper. Monotonicity of predicted value and its variation tendency predicted by GM(1, 1)model is proved. Based on the monotonicity of predicted value and its variation tendency,  applicability criterion of GM(1, 1) is brought forward.  Example applications of the criterion in fire risk grey prediction are discussed.

    Marketing competence is part of corporation competence.  This paper,  applying corporation competence appraisal method,  based on client value theory and conformity marketing theory,  chooses five appraisal indexes, i.e.  marketing achievement competence,  marketing information competence,  marketing strategy competence, marketing policy competence and marketing execution competence to establish marketing competence appraisal model,  then studies the appraisal method.
