    Faced the stringent challenge of FCC process,  the multi-dimensional reaction structure was proposed for FCC process reaction chemistry.  The multi-dimension reaction structure mode was established on the basis of hydrocarbon reaction chemistry over acid catalyst,  but the former was different from the latter.  FCC process with multi-dimensional reaction structure has more production modes.  The multi-dimensional reaction structure was used to successfully develop MIP process aiming at maximizing iso-paraffins in cracked naphtha and MIP-CGP process aiming at cleaner gasoline and more propylene.

    The UK pattern and the USA pattern have been acknowledged internationally as the typical certified engineer patterns.  A few developed countries have already established the mutual acceptance agreement on engineer qualification on the basis of the engineer system.  The consistency of engineers'educational background,  working experience,  qualification examination and further education are regarded as the basis of these international engineer agreements.  The Personnel Ministry of China has carried out various engineer management systems in different stages,  which are beneficial to the economic growth of the country, and the Personnel Ministry has also done years of fruitful explorations and obtained rich experience in the trial implementation of qualification logon system.  The authors think that the main principle of China's new engineer specialty classification is to accord with its national conditions and be in line with the international conventions.  China's engineer specialty classification should be fused with the international engineer specialty classification,  consistent with the basic principle of the international engineer mutual identification and its own present engineer specialty classification situation.  According to whether the specialty relates to the social and public benefit and the citizen security of life and property,  the new engineer specialty can be classified into two categories: registered engineers and non-registered engineers.  Drawing on the experience of UK and USA engineer specialty classifications, synthesizing China's present situation,  and summarizing a series of the current occupation classifications and the code table of discipline classification,  the Chinese engineers can be classified into thirty-five categories according to specialties. Certain categories can be further divided into several sub-categories. Suggestions about constructing EMC are provided

    The meanings in three layers on information safety are given.  It is proposed that all management,  strategy and technology are necessary to implement information safety,  because the science of information safety is the merger of natural and social sciences.  The concept of information system which includes elements,  boundary,  working condition and relevant people is proposed.  The relation between the system and information safety is analyzed,  and an example about information safety in communication is given.  The procedure of safety designing is suggested.

    This paper investigates the load development of power systems, the characteristics of the hydropower, and the tremendous advantages of the hydropower in peak adjusting of power systems. Using the East China power system as an illustrative example,the inconsistencies in the calculating principle of the hydropower installed capacity and the demand of the power system are assested. A new calculating principle that minimizes the cost of the power system is proposed. The effect of the new calculating principle on the hydropower installed capacity is evaluated by using a real case. The analysis provides significant insights in calculating the installed capacity of large hydropower in China.

    According to modern medicine, AIDS is a kind of acute acquired immune deficiency syndrome. This happens to hold an identical view with"essential qi" in traditional Chinese medicine. "Qi" relies on vigour, and vigour is based on the scent and the essence of food. The transformation of the essential substance depends on the performance of zangfu functions. The functional actions of zangfu organs are the foundation of life. For the five zang orans, each has something to dominate and each performs its own functions. They are interdependent with each other and in harmonv with each other. Only when the five zang organs are in vigorous state and in harmony with each other, can the life-force of body be full of vital power and the body be full of "essential qi" . Amid the five zang organs, as long as the functions of liver, spleen and kidney remain in harmony, heart and lung will naturally be in the harmonious state, hence a healthy body and extended life expectancy can be achieved, That is the rule of "keeping relative balance of three internal systems" (or "three-dynamic balancing method" ).

    In view of the effective results about the long term disaster weather prediction based on the variation of the earth rotation in the recent 10 years,  the authors try to explore the deep reason of major disaster weather with the re lationship among the earth nutation,  rotation and atmospheric change.  The relationship between the subtropical anticyclone and subtropica l easterlies is discussed,  aiming at the problem of high temperature and drought in the globe.  Further more,  the comparison analysis is made on earth nutation and the variation of rotation.  The research results show that the reasons of important disaster weather not only involre atmosphere itself,  but have some variation information of earth movement which could be used for the weather forecast.

    With the coming of trade globalization,  container transportation rapidly develops all over the world.  Port container terminal is much more emphasized than before as a node of container transportation.  At container terminal,  rubber tired gantry crane has already been a bottleneck of terminal operation with its large volume and low efficiencies.  This paper studies the rubber tired gantry crane scheduling of port container terminal in the quantitative operation condition by using proposed mixed integer programming (MIP) model,  which gives decision support to terminal managers through case analysis.

    Active control multi-dimension vibration device based on parallel mechanisms and electromagnetic actuator is used to realize the multidimensional low-frequency vibration damping of the shipping under sail.  With the vibration control device,  structural design, system control model analysis and control algorithm research,  as well as prototyping testing are carried out.  The results of prototyping testing indicate that with the active control multi-dimension vibration damping the multi-dimensional low-frequency vibration active controled of shipping under sail can be achieved.

    In this paper,  an environmentally friendly hydraulic percussive drill is introduced,  in which water is used to perform all function of the drill,  such as energy transmission,  push,  chip removing and lubrication.  Then,  dynamics of the percussive drill is modeled by means of elastic bars and springs,  and microcomputer simulation of YST-25 environmentally friendly water hydraulic percussive drill is performed.  The performances of YST-25 environmentally friendly water hydraulic percussive drill are evaluated.  The result indicates that piston meets intensity design demand,  maximum compressive stress of which is 102MPa and maximum tensile stress is 28MPa.  The stress of drill rod is bigger than that of piston.  To reduce the variation of sectional area is helpful to elongate the life of piston.  YST-25 drill is more suitable to drill medium or hard rock so as to keep synthetically both drill speed and energy transfer efficiency.  The suggestions can improve the design of environmentally friendly hydraulic percussive drill.

    From the theory of instantaneous expansion of detonation product and momentum conservation,  this paper obtains velocity calculation model of explosively formed projectile (EFP) and the model is revised due to the influence of the ratio of charge altitude to charge diameter.  This paper calculates the velocities of EFPs formed by large apex angle liner and sphere liner through the velocity calculation model and the results are consistent with the numerical simulation and experiment results.  This velocity calculation model is applicable in engineering.

    The error principle caused by structural process imperfection of silicon micromechanical z-axis gyroscope in open mode is introduced firstly.  A new closed-loop control detection strategy is presented,  which would has advantage of minimizing the initial capacitance difference and restraining the cross-talk coupling errors.  The negative electrostatic spring effect of feedback force generator is analyzed in focus,  and its linear mathematics module is calculated out.  By computing the relation between the resonant frequency and feedback force added on the sense mode of MEMS z-axis gyroscope,  the inner relation between the ne gative electrostatic spring coefficient in sense axis and the voltage on the feedback force generator is deduced indirectly.  The theory has been testified by experiment,  which will lay foundation for the next design of closed-loop scheme.

    This thesis provided the basic expression formula for viscoelasticity of water-stop rubber based on the three- parametric rheology model.  Combining the viscoelastic test of some high-head gate water-stop materials,  the rheology parameter was achieved.  The thesis pointed out the laws of change of creep deformation and stress relaxation and offered the reference for engineering design.

    Selecting route for hazardous materials (Hazmat) transportation by road is a bilateral decision between local government and the carriers,  involving safety,  environmental and economic factors.  Among them,  the quantitative risk assessment is an important method.  However,  there has been no agreement among researchers on the proper model of the associated transport risk and dfferent models to quantify risk in different ways.  In this paper,  the most common Hazmat transport risk models in the literature are reviewed,  which are divided into five classes including traditional risk model and models derived from it,  perceived risk,  conditional risk,  catastrophe avoidance models and modified traditional risk models.  Moreover,  it is discussed in detail on multiple trips multi-accident.  Finall y,  an example used by these models is evaluated,  and the challenging development of risk model is proposed.

    In this article,  nonlinear mapping relation between input of 13 variables of lp and σyt/σyp etc. , and output of penetration depth is established by dimensional analysis and theory of artificial neural networks for problem of penetration depth of projectiles into concrete.  Moreover,  a satisfied output about penetration depth from RBF neural network is gotten by a group of input sets and corresponding output sets,  which comes from M.  J.  Forrestal 's document.

    The dynamic simulation of fire following earthquake was researched by employing of Huygens´ Principle.  A dynamic simulation system of post-earthquake fire based on GIS was developed.  The system can be used to simulate spread process of one fire spot and multi fire spots.  The system can estimate the damage of fire following earthquake quantificationally,  and provided foundation for emergency in short time.

    In order to study the residual stresses of auto fettage super high pressure vessel effectively,  a new model of stress and strain was developed in this paper.  The model is more closer to actual working condition for the steel applied in auto fettage super high pressure vessel through the strict mathematic testification.  The example to be given in this paper states how this model was established and how the error was analyzed.  The same example also shows that solving the new model of stress and strain based on general tensile curves is feasible and reliable indeed.  The model has theoretical signification and engineering practical value to a certain extend.

    Based on Preissmann implicit scheme for one-dimensional Saint-Venant Equation,  the mathematical model for one- dimensional river networks and canal networks is developed and the key issues on the model are expatiated particularly in this paper.  This model is applied to simulating the tree-type irrigation canal networks and complex looped canal networks.  The results of levels and flows and discharge distribution between the branches agree with the data from Adlul.  This model is a simple and practical tool for water resource regulation of irrigation canal networks and river networks.  These results show the application value of this model is to set up ecological numerical model of water quality in river networks and canal networks.
