    The white paper document titled“China’s Space Activities”,released in November2000by the Information Office of the State Council,represents the first time for China to fully,systematically and publicly introduce to the world China’s space development strategy and concerned policies.Its release is a milestone event in the country’s space history,bearing great importance and profound influence to its future space efforts.The paper here describes the shaping processes of some important new ideas and concepts,including the connotative meaning of“space activities in a broad sense”and the roles and positions of different sectors in such activities.It also briefly discusses related policies concerning the country’s space development and short term concepts and plans on its civil space activities.

    Based on the description of epidemic diseases in the chapter of“The Story of Bianque”in Records of Historian,the author has analyzed and explored the truthfulness of its background data and the possibility of the plague spreading at that time from both macro and micro angles.The symptoms of plague including chills formation of some doctrines in Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)such as exopathic heat disease doctrine, internal injury of spleen and stomach doctrine and epidemic febrile disease doctrine.The course of exogenous phenomena,the author has explored the effect on the initial medical theory,primitive religion and culture due to the spreading of epidemic diseases from the angles of epidemiology,the theory of images and figures, originated from epidemic diseases was proposed.The author also put forward some opinions on the relationship between epidemic diseases spreading and traditional education of TCM,sustained development of TCM.

    The meridian(Jingluo经络)is a core principle of traditional Chinese medicine.The meridian plays a central role in the regulation of human health and vitality.In the past50years,the scientific evidence has been gathered via our physiological experiments to confirm the biological basis of the human meridian pathway phenomenon.Meridian Science has been established as a new branch of natural science to advance and promote the study of this important phenomenon for human life.In this paper,the authors describe the theoretical concept of the meridian and mathematics expression,its relationship to an efficient meridian circadian cycle,and its significance to human life.

    Current approaches for predicting mining induced surface subsidence have a drawback in common that they predict the subsidence only on the basis of a physical or mechanical approach irrespective of the practical examples in engineering practice in mining induced surface subsidence.However,these experiences created in engineering practice are of great value and full use should be made of them to establish an approach for predicting mining induced surface subsidence.Therefore,this paper accumulated a lot of practical examples of mining induced surface subsidence,integrated these examples by using adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS)and established an ANFIS-based approach for predicting mining induced surface subsidence.The approach was further tested by using practical examples of mining induced surface subsidence.The results show that the approach can converge quickly,fit the data in very good agreement and make generalization prediction with high accuracy.

    In this paper,the application of neural network to power converter control is discussed.A new hysteresis comparator constructed by using neural network is introduced.Hysteresis band control is an effective and simple control method.It can easily run without many system parameters.But the switch frequency of system is not fixed.So it not only makes the system unstable but also may lessen the life span of the switches. The control method that combines the neural network technology with the hysteresis band technology has a high performance in response of current.Through training the neural network can learn the control rules by itself and can replace the real hysteresis comparator in power converter control.The computer simulation results are given in this paper and they can demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.The neural network is realized by using DSP.

    To solve the question that the realizable linear filter in physics is not considered in the simulation of the Weibull-distributed clutter, firstly,this paper studies the statistic characteristic of the clutter model and the simulation method of ZMNL(zero memory nonlinearity).Then adopting minimum phase feature and complex cepstrum technology, this paper proposes the technique for the realizable filter in physics.Then the method of generation of random Weibull-distributed sequences is set forth profoundly.Finally,the simulation is carried out and the results prove the validity and veracity of the method proposed in this paper. The clutter generated by this method can be used in the simulation of radar signal,analysis of radar image and optimization of radar signal processor.

Conclusion:In order to ensure the health of plateau constructors to the maximum extent,should try one’s best to reduce the number of times of returning to the plateau in possible cases.At the same time each one constructs for year and returns to the time that the hinterland concentrates rest should be on above90days.

    In the digital manufacturing,information circulation of engineering graphics can be realized in a short time by Internet inside enterprise and among enterprises.Manpower,material and financial resources are economized through the method and mistakes and redundancy of data obtained are also be cut down to maximum extent.Based on the characteristic of correlation of graphics'geometry elements,long唱distance high efficiency and secure transmission of complex engineering graphics data is realized after parameter structure is built and data code compression and data encryption are put in practice at the same time by using BP algorithm of artificial neural network.Examples show that this method can be used in actual engineering.

    It is very important whether a driver can give correct decision and precise operation in emergency. So,it is necessary to judge the emergency degree of environment and provide control algorithm of vehicle motion for ensuring the lives and properties’safety.The emergency degree is firstly given based on relative distance, velocity and drivers’characteristics.Then the control algorithm of vehicle motion based on fuzzy logic is established and is simulated with Simulink.The results show that the higher the emergency degree,the bigger the maximum deceleration is used to control the vehicle.The results also show that the drivers’characteristics have obvious effect on the braking operation.The fuzzy logic is valid to control vehicle’s deceleration.

    The enrichment of vanadium and crystallization and growth of V-concentrating phase in V-bearing steelmaking slag are studied by adding SiOand Al2Owith the method of melting-cooling. The results show that when15% SiOand 20% Al2Oare added in slag, respectively, vanadium can be enriched in solid solution of Ca3[(V,P,Si)]O4]from the original phases of 2CaO·SiO2(C2S) and 2CaO·Fe2O3(C2F). The contents of V2Oin Ca3[(V,P,Si)]O4]reach 24.38% and 14.90%, respectively. It is demonstrated that when the slag is added by Al2O3, V-concentrating phase can nucleates homogeneously at1325℃and heterogeneously at 1350℃. When holding at crystallization temperature of 1300℃, the crystals of V-concentrating phase grow from mean diameter of 6.28μm for 5min to 25.19μm for 580 min, and the number of crystals per unit area is decreasing.

    The wide distribution of the energy unit of a photon hνwith regard to infrared,visible light, ultraviolet,Gamma rays and X rays suggests that photons are not the elementary particles,and each of the photons consists of N micro-photons[1]of egual mass.We find that the product of the wavelengthλof photons and N(λ)is an invariantζ=N(λ)λ[2].Then a new interpretation of Plack’s constant and wave-particle duality was formed based on the Micro-photon theory.That the wavelengthλof photons is but the distance interval between two adjacent Micro-photons and frequencyνrepresents the number of Micro-photons emitted per unit time.Guided by spatial structure of N number Micro-photons,the present paper in addition deduces it is invariably true that c=λνdefincted in all inertial frames is an invarient.Now,the Principle of of light Velocity invariant by Einstein is no longer a hypothesis,but a fact.However,the survey results of the wavelength and frequency differ sometimes in different inertial frames,which will probably challenge the Principle of Relativity.In addition the formulas of aperture difraction,refraction and reflectron conducted.

    The top level integrated property,sustainable developability(SD),which can guide the development of aircrafts,is put forward based on the discovery of the essence in the development of military aircrafts.The definition and metrics of SD are given.The sustainable developability index,which can estimate SD effectively,is formulated to characterize SD.Furthermore,an integrated tradeoff model of SD is established.At last,the application in the modification project estimation of certain type aircraft demonstrates the rationality and effectiveness of SD.

      Bio-purification test of the seven kinds of gaseous pollutants, toluene, styrene, formaldehyde, CS2, SO2, H2S and NOx, which are commonly contained in industrial waste gases, by using the biofilm-packing tower system was performed. The test results showed that the biofilm-separately. And the purifying effects of biofilm-packing towers for three kinds of inorganic pollutants, SO2, H2S and NO(bio-elimination capacity B = 90 — 150 mg/L·h) , were better obviously than that for three kinds of organic pollutants, styrene, formaldehyde and CS2, (bio-elimination capacity B < 30 mg/L·h) . The suitable operation conditions of the biofilm-packing tower system for purifying the 7 kinds of gaseous pollutants were confirmed and the seven kinds of special bacteria strains were identified in this study.

    The promoting effect of ultrasonic wave on the hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics of the airlift loop reactor was studied.The effect of the airlift reactor and ultrasonic wave on the reactor’s gas holdup,liquid circulation velocity,mixing time and overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient respectively with and without the presence of ultrasonic wave is empathetically examined and compared.The experiment has proven that the incorporation of ultrasonic wave has no effect on the gas holdup but has the tendency to gradually decrease the liquid circulation velocity and increase the overall volumetric mass transfer coefficient; the effect on the mixing time is relatively complex.At low gas velocity,low powered ultrasonic wave promotes the radial mixing of fluid;with the increase of ultrasonic power,ultrasonic vibration obstructs the radial mixing of fluid.Therefore,there exists an optimal ultrasonic power.Moreover,the effect of ultrasonic wave on the mixing time gradually decreases with the increase of the superficial gas velocity.Correlations were also proposed for the hydrodynamics and mass transfer characteristics of the reactor.

    Shaker screen is one of important equipments in the industry of oil,metallurgy,coal and timbering. The movement locus of shaker screen affects the capacity and efficiency of shaker screen to split the solid particle from crude ore directly.To test movement of shaker locus,two eddy current transducers are employed. A discussion of the usage of these eddy current transducer to test and acceleration sensors will be made.The experiment results from a real elliptic shaker screen have good agree with the design requirements.

    A new simple approach to effectively detect QRS-T complexes in ECG curve is described,so as to easily get the P-wave(when AF does not happen)or the f-wave(when AF happens).By means of signal processing techniques such as the power spectrum function,the auto-correlation function and cross-correlation function,two kinds of ECG signal when AF does or does not happen were suc cessively analyzed,showing the evident differences between them.

    In order to improve the finite analytic method’s adaptability for irregular unit,by using coordinates rotation technique this paper establishes a five-point element scheme of finite analytic method.It not only solves unsteady groundwater flow equation but also gives the boundary condition.This method can be used to calculate the three typical questions of groundwater.By compared with predecessor’s computed result,the result of this method is more satisfactory.

    Because rainfall seeping makes losing stability of unsaturated soil slope,and arouses great loss to production and human being safety,the stability of unsaturated soil slope has been researched by many scholars recently.This article mainly uses the model for the prediction of shear strength with respect to soil suction,developed by Vanapalli and Fredlund to formulate rainfall seeping how to affect the stability of unsaturated soil slope.Firstly,volumetric water content of unsaturated soil slope changes with rainfall duration,and effective saturation changes with its volumetric water content.Secondly,soil volume weight changes with its volumetric water content.Thirdly,matric suction also changes with its volumetric water content.According to these causes,this article researches how much they make the contribution to the minimum safety coefficient respectively.At last,these factors roundly considered,this article gets the rule of minimum safety coefficient of unsaturated soil slope with rainfall duration that is minimum safety coefficient gradually increasing firstly,then decreasing that is composed of two sectors,first is slowly decreasing,then is fast decreasing after some value.
