    In recent years, the number of coal mines and coal output grew significantly,and the coal industry of country technology level, equipment level and management level had a rapid development,but the coal mine construction standards and norms were relatively backward. In view of this situation, based on the comprehensive promotion of mine construction standard, China Coal Group created a standard stricter than the national standard and industry standard, that is Safe and Efficient Modern Mine Technical Standards. The Standard leads the industry development direction,and is significant to improve the coal industry scientific level.

    In recent years, Chinese coal mine equipment manufacturing technology is growing rapidly, and a group of technology and equipment that represent the world's advanced level have been used successfully in the coal mine. The high-output and high-efficiency records are continuously refreshed; for a long period of time in the future, coal will dominate the main structure of non-renewable energy and it is difficult to change. Safe and efficient coal mining technology and equipment will continue to play an important role in the coal industry. The coal mine equipment with the characteristics of complete, integration, automation, intelligentize, informationize and greenization will be widely promoted and applied.

    This article proposes the way of thinking and viewpoints for implementing the strategy of coal replacing oil in view of actual situation of energy structure in China by means of explanation and analysis on theory and practice, expounding the necessity and significance of implementing the strategy of coal chemical industry replacing oil chemical industry from several respects, summarizes the technical process and market situation of several main coal chemical industry products, and makes comparison and analysis on their competitiveness. Based on this, this article explicitly proposes the detailed ideas and suggestions for implementing the strategy of coal replacing oil. At the same time, the article makes analysis and explanation on several focus issues such as water resource and carbon emission that attract much attention during the development of coal chemical industry, and proposes its own viewpoints.

    Based on discussion and analysis of technological innovation and relevant strategic theories, this article investigated technological innovation and strategy issues of China's coal industry with the conclusion that the major differences in technological advancing stages should be prudently considered. The innovation strategy for advanced enterprises should be both leading innovation and imitative innovation. For other enterprises, imitative innovation would be the main strategy. The optimal situation for China's coal industry is technology integration cooperation between enterprises, universities and research institutes with the diversity of participants and engagements.

    As one of the most effective soft-start equipments for large power armoured face conveyor (AFC), valve-control filled hydrodynamic coupling has been the bottle-neck of the development of large AFC now. According to the resistance characteristic of AFC behind supports,the performance requirements of valve-control coupling were proposed.It was pointed that the design of working chamber of coupling and control valve, and manufacturing process are the key technologies of valve-control coupling. The working chamber was designed based on CFD method. The strength of pump wheel was analyzed using one-way fluid-structure interaction (FSI) and the structure of it was improved based on the FSI results. The high pressure external pilot controlled electro-hydraulic valve block was developed. A serial of technologies such as extra high-pressure assembly of keyless shaft connection and the casting of large copper alloy wheel were solved. And the valve-control coupling powered 1 000 kW was successfully developed. Experiments show that the control valve block has rapid response and the overall performance of valve-control coupling can satisfy the demand of AFC behind supports.

    Developing rock roadway of coal mine is a hard task at present. Mechanized drivage of rock roadway has become a common technical problem of every coal mine. Shijiazhuang Coal Mining Machinery Co.,Ltd. has researched and developed a rock roadway roadheader that has proprietary intellectual property rights and advanced technology, and can meet rock roadway drivage demand in China. We have achieved breakthrough in many aspects, such as heavy rocky roadway roadhead in the overall design, high reliability component design, stepless speed regulating variable automatic control hydraulic system technology, full remote control of intelligent electrical control systems.

    According to the cross-section layout of Kongzhuang Coal Mine shaft and mine production conditions, the paper summarized and analyzed the systems of slice ice cooling, the thermo-power glycol cooling, HEMS underground centralized cooling, and vacuum ice cooling. From the effect, investment, cooling system operating stability, thermal transportation pipe installation, quality of water, discharge of heat underground, and other comprehensive consideration of the centralized cooling plan, the suitable way of cooling the mine is only the vacuum ice cooling scheme. Meanwhile, through implementation of the project, it will fill a centralized cooling technology gap in ice making technology, ice transportation pipes, ice transportation process, pressurized air cooling, underground ice melting technology, and energy-saving technology in ice making, which is a great breakthrough in our coal mines.

    As a resource integration mine, there were many problems in Tangshangou Mine such as complex ventilation system and much hidden danger. By determining the ventilation resistance and fan performance test and reasonable evaluation of mine ventilation system, the problems of original mine ventilation system were found out and analyzed, and an optimizing and transforming scheme for ventilation system was proposed. The results showed that the resistance of mine ventilation system was reduced and the stability and ability of fighting against natural calamities of mine ventilation network were improved.

    During the reinforced concrete headframe construction in alpine areas in Northwest China, by the research and application of rapid thawing technology in pile foundation range and rapid headframe construction technology in winter, the project quality can be ensured; the construction speed of headframe pile foundation and headframe body in winter was accelerated; the time of headframe construction was shortened and the bottleneck problems of coal mine construction in alpine areas were solved.

    This paper studies the deformation law of frozen wall with different ground pressures, frozen wall thicknesses, average temperatures, excavation heights and the relationship among all influencing factors based on the mathematical model established by ANSYS software. According to the results, sidewall displacement decreases with average temperature of frozen wall lowering and frozen wall thickness increasing, and increases with excavation height and ground pressure increasing. Furthermore, the influence of ground pressure change is extraordinarily remarkable. The author puts forward that frozen wall through thick overburden should be designed according to the condition of deformation, and excavation height should be strictly controlled during construction as it is an extremely important parameter for stability of frozen wall as well as a major technical index of frozen wall safety. Compared with increasing the thickness of frozen wall, lowering average temperature is more effective and energy-saving to promote stability of frozen wall when frozen wall is about 10 m thick and average temperature is -20 ℃. The deformation law concluded in this study has important reference value for design, and safe, effective and power-saving construction of freezing projects through thick overburden.

    According to the problem of design theory laging behind engineering application, with the thickness increasing of deep alluvium for the freezing shaft-sinking engineering, the frozen wall is regarded as homogeneous and isotropic thick wall cylinder while designing and calculating, and the calculate results based on the elastic and elastic-plastic theory can't apply to the freezing shaft-sinking engineering in the future. In this paper, frozen wall thickness design theory of the present research situation and the existing problems were summarized. The radial creep displacement of heterogeneous frozen wall will reduce 25 % ~ 30 % when the homogeneous frozen wall, so the bearing capacity and deformation performance of frozen wall can befully used and the thickness of frozen wall can be reduced efficiently.

    Aiming at water hazards menace of Pingshuo No.1 coal mine roof and floor, the paper ascertains relevant factors of coal mine water bursting on the base of analyzing the mining and geology conditions, and evaluates the roof hydrogeology conditions and floor water bursting vulnerability. At last,it sets down a series of measures of preventing water hazards.

    According to the investigation and analysis of the engineering geology in Kongzhuang Mine and the laboratory experiments of rock mechanics, we use three-dimensional numerical simulation to study the distribution of ground displacement field in surrounding rocks when the roadway shows the asymmetric deformation characteristics of surrounding rock significantly, analysis stress distribution law when the roadway promotes to the inferior of the upper face. The results of theoretical study show that the asymmetric deformation is controlled by centralized stress from coal pillar in upper goaf. This research provides a preliminary theoretical basis for the controlling countermeasures of asymmetric deformation characteristics of surrounding rock in Kongzhuang Mine.

    Top-coal caving difficulty degree and rational mining method were analyzed by theoretical method on the basis of the 4th coal-seam condition of Pingshuo Mining area. For improving top-coal caving degree, the parameters of full-mechanized caving mining face were obtained by numerical simulation and the equipments were selected and assorted. Practice showed that safe and high-efficient mining with high recovery ratio would be realized by lengthening mining face and adding mining height in shallow buried hard coal-seam with hard roof.
