All Frontiers of Optoelectronics (FOE) articles are published under the terms of the https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/. Readers do not have to pay for access; there are no subscription charges or registration barriers. This means more readers, citations and impact for research published this way.  CC BY articles may be shared and adapted for any purpose, including commercially, so long as the authors are credited.

Frontiers of Optoelectronics is a gold open access journal. All articles are published open access immediately upon publication, with no subscription charges or registration barriers.

Copyright on any research article published by Frontiers of Optoelectronics is retained by the author(s). Authors sign a copyright statement and grant Higher Education Press a license to publish the article and identify itself as the original publisher. All articles are published under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
