Finding the base for the calculation of quality products at the design stage of working documents

Abstract

The definition of basic products in development of working documentation is based on geometric representations of quality parts and assemblies. Optimization of technical products is their gradual improvement, where the objective function is to achieve perfect quality (base) articles. The base product is presented as a basic simplex, which fully describes the properties of the base product. In the presence of a basic product is possible at the margin in terms of quality to define engineering - technical measures necessary to improve the quality of parts and the product as a whole.
