Theory of argumentation and persuasion problem in court

Abstract

The article discusses the use of logical argumentation theory in solving the problem of persuasion in court. The analysis of the classical theory of argumentation rules (rules with regard to the arguments and rules with regard to the thesis) in terms of their applicability in litigation with the amendment to the objectives and tasks of this type of dispute.
