Analysis of alternative ways to overcome the economic problems of small airlines in Russia
The article is devoted to the study and analysis of characteristic alternatives used by the management of Russian regional and local airlines to overcome the negative economic results of the companies. The specific features and traits of the identified alternatives were studied. There were identified their strengths and weaknesses, and arguments are used to apply the best alternatives.
