Abstract

The article substantiates the necessity of consideration the issues of economic systems functioning taking into account tendencies of economic processes globalization in industry. The attention is drawn to the fact that there is a need for the development of integration processes in the Russian economy. The problems associated with improving the quality of corporate governance are discussed. Authors also described the problems associated with improving the quality of corporate governance. Conclusions were made based on the fact that the practice of the corporate relations formation in Russian corporations still need to complete a very long way on its improvement, and pull the quality of corporate governance to international standards.
