The article examines the assessment and management of security in relation to the current absence of a system of concepts and indicators for safety industrial facility. There is offered to concentrate in a single document all the valid indicators of quality and safety assessment. This document will provide the possibility of unambiguous interpretation of the results when completing the expertise and calculating risks.
