Technological platform as an innovative tool for industry’s crisis recovery

Abstract

This article describes the concept of "technological platform" (TP) from different perspectives. Already approved technological platforms of the Russian Federation are shown. Weaknesses in the implementation of the TP in Russia and functions of TP are described. The establishment of TP, which will affect the bearing sub-industry, is proposed, and the problems which will be solved with help of a technological platform are described.
