Use of logical tools in shaping the language and terminological culture of a lawyer

Abstract

The article shows the importance of logic for the formation of clear, consistent and complete picture of the world for a lawyer, the structure of reality as a whole, a clear distinction between reality on the one hand and its maps in the language, concepts, statements, texts, documents, on the other hand. The paper defines the role of logical awareness of a lawyer in forming its linguistic and terminological culture.
