Modern concept of capital city and transferring of capitals in a global perspective

Abstract

Transferring of capitals are the largest mega engineering projects in the history of mankind which also have a profound and multifaceted impact on the political life of the states. Despite the fact that the various projects of capital transfer being actively discussed today in more than 30 countries around the world, this phenomenon is not well and systematic understood as the whole phenomenon. This article discusses models of such transfers, motivation and decision-making forms.
