Abstract

This article describes the impact of the wall thickness variation on the formation of the mechanical properties in the cross sections of parts punched by drawing with thinning details. It offers a model of wall thickness variation forming in the multi-operational drawing with thinning processes that considers the influence of the geometry of the working tool and the accumulated strain.
