Liberal reforms in Russia: historical and economic aspects

Abstract

This article discusses two ways of transformation of the Russian economy: a radical liberal and socially liberal. Our country took the first way, hence the billionaires and other injustices in Russian society, many of which are connected with politics not with economy.
