Localization of production as one of the instruments of import substitution based on Russia's accession to the World Trade Organization

Abstract

This article describes the localization of production in the whole country, which is one of the instruments of import substitution preventing technological backwardness of domestic products from foreign counterparts on the basis of Russia's entry into the World Trade Organization.
