Systemic Enzyme Therapy during expectant management of preeclampsia: controlled randomised trial

Abstract

Systemic Enzyme Therapy (medicine Wobenzym) or standard therapy randomly allocated of pregnant women with mild preeclampsia. Outcome for mothers and fetus, mechanism of action discussed.
