Systemic sarcoidosis with skin and lung manifestations

Systemic sarcoidosis with skin and lung manifestations
Description of skin and lung sarcoidosis is presented, including multiple and various skin symptoms and severe rentgenologic and morphologic manifestation in 27 years old resident of Moscow. Skin lesions developed 3,5 years after self-reliant prednisolone withdrawal by patient (prednisolone was prescribed by phthisiatrician for lung sarcoidosis treatment). Skin rush quickly became spread. The patient was treated in in-patient department and received prednisolone (30 mg per os and 30 mg intramuscularly) with subsequent dose decrease. In 3,5 weeks the patient was discharged from hospital. Nodular lesions totally resolved leaving brownish-pink macules.
