To a problem of improvement of lichen planus therapy
Authors present a review of treatment methods of lichen ruber planus (LRP) as well as results of a study conducted in clinic dermatovenereology and dermatooncology of Moscow regional scientific and research clinical institute. The effectiveness of combination of tetracycline, Delagil and topical steroids in patients with LRP was assessed. In 52% of patients clinical remission developed, in 42% of cases improvement was noted, and in 6% of patients this treatment had no effect. The treatment was satisfactorily tolerated.
