New aspects of treatment of Kaposi's sarcoma

Abstract

Two cases of successful treatment of Kaposi's sarcoma by means of extracorporal photochemotherapy are presented in the article. In the first case extracorporal photochemotherapy in the transimmunization regime was performed in patient with immunosuppressive Kaposi's sarcoma and psoriasis, in the second case combined treatment with photopheresis and photodynamic therapy was performed in patient with idiopathic Kaposi's sarcoma.
