Structure, problems, the main ways for improvement of medical and social care in the large city (as St.-Petersburg)
The article is devoted to actuality and necessity of the integration of medical and social care. The main structures of this care are underlined here. The experience of some new structures has been characterized. There are the proposals for some measures which are necessary for complex rehabilitation of patients with special needs.
