On April 20, the farewell to the former was held. Dean of the Faculty of Medicine of Kazan University prof. B. II. Osipov, who received the Department of Mental Diseases in V. Medical Academy in Petrograd. By 1 o'clock in the afternoon, everyone wishing to say goodbye to him gathered at V.P. Osipov's apartment.
