Our anatomical literature is rather poor in original Russian textbooks, but it is even poorer in dissection manuals for practical study of human anatomy on cadaveric material. Till now we did not have such sufficiently complete manual, in particular on department of vessels and nerves. This significant gap in Russian educational literature is filled by the book by V.N. Tonkov.
