Technical difficulties often encountered in practice when administering neo intravenously, as well as a number of contraindications from the heart and liver, require a cautious approach to the use of neo intravenously. At present, these difficulties are largely eliminated due to the possibility of using the new drug myosalvarsan intramuscularly.
