To the Question of the Production of Opposites. S. M. Pavlenko and V. С. Kiselev (V. End., 1927, No. 3)
The authors suggest using Kravkov's method for production of organotherapeutic preparations, i.e. by passing Ringer-Lock's fluid through the vessels of isolated endocrine glands. Direct observations made over the adrenal glands convinced the authors that the adrenal hormone in this case passes into the flushing fluid, mainly in its first portions.
