On the question of the complement binding reaction in brucellosis
The complement fixation reaction has long been recommended by many researchers for the diagnosis of brucellosis diseases. So, Rorre Rettger, White, Zeller, Karsten, Lentz and others believe that the simultaneous use of the agglutination reaction and the complement fixation reaction is the most reliable way to detect the Kantian infection. The same authors point out that in some cases the complement fixation reaction is superior to the agglutination reaction.
