Professiogram of a tractor driver
Analysis and knowledge of labor professions is a necessary prerequisite for long. study of the regime of work and rest. Only a thorough knowledge of the profession makes it possible to outline the correct methodology for professional selection. In the study of the profession, they mainly use three methods: observation, polling, and the synthetic labor method. Each of these methods has its own weaknesses. It must be assumed that the most accurate description of the profession is obtained when using a complex methodology, when combining the data of the labor method with interviews and observations. Our methodology was as follows: after spontaneous observations, we moved on to systematic observations, taking in our field of vision both a beginner and a tractor driver who had been trained in a certain process of work (plowing, disking, harvesting).
