The experience of using novocaine blockade according to V.I. Kazansky for angina pectoris
V. I. Kazansky in 1952 proposed to inject a 0.5% solution of novocaine in an amount of 80 ml for anesthesia of the pre-aortic plexus by puncture of the anterior mediastinum through the jugular fossa.
