To the question of phrenicotomy in pulmonary tbc. Colmers (Deut. Med. Woch., 1925)
Based on the data of questionnaires collected among German surgeons, prof. Соlmеrs concludes that phrenicotomy with tbc of the lungs is not an independent operation acting on the process, but should only be a preliminary act before a more serious intervention.
