Effect of syphilis on lung tbc. P. A. Volkov (Sov. Med. In the North Caucasus, 1926, No. 4)
PA Volkov observed an interesting case of pulmonary tbc in a patient with long-standing (7 y.) Syphilis, where tbc proceeded in a benign form, with a predominance of the fibrous process, and where mercury-salvars therapy had a very beneficial effect not only on lues, but also on tbc.
