Treatment of patients with chronic inflammatory process of the uterine appendages
We studied the effectiveness of various methods of treating patients with chronic inflammatory process of the uterine appendages. The study included 140 women aged 18-42 years. All patients underwent inoculation of the vaginal contents to determine the microbial flora and the sensitivity of microbes to antibiotics. To resolve the issue of the activity of the inflammatory process in dynamics, we studied hemograms, the content of total protein and protein fractions by electrophoresis on paper, determined C-reactive protein, DPA, blood electrolytes (sodium, potassium, calcium, chlorides), sugar, cholesterol, blood bilirubin, residual nitrogen, excretion of neutral 17-ketosteroids and 17-hydroxycorticosteroids.
